- Advance payments are non-refundable as they secure your timeline and reserve our team.
- Custom development work cannot be cancelled or refunded after development has started.
- If a refund is approved, a maximum of 50% refund may be issued depending on the work already completed.
- Domain, hosting, software licenses and third-party services are non-refundable.
- Electronics projects, software projects and custom development work are generally non-refundable once delivered.
- Refund requests must be made in writing to rulewebs@gmail.com with the project reference.
