1. Service Usage
By engaging Rule Webs, you agree to these terms. Our services include web development, software development, electronics projects, design and related digital consultancy.
2. Project Scope
The scope of every engagement is defined in a written proposal or agreement. Anything outside that scope is treated as a change request and may affect cost and timeline.
3. Payment Terms
Projects begin only after confirmation and receipt of the agreed advance payment. Remaining payments are billed against milestones described in the proposal.
4. Delivery Process
We deliver work in phases with regular review checkpoints. Client feedback is required within agreed timelines to keep the project on schedule.
5. Intellectual Property
On full payment, the client receives ownership of the deliverables built specifically for them. Rule Webs retains the right to showcase the work in our portfolio. Pre-existing tools, libraries and frameworks remain the property of their original authors.
6. Limitation of Liability
Rule Webs is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific engagement.
7. Cancellation Policy
Either party may end an engagement in writing. Work completed up to that point is billable. Custom development cannot be cancelled once development has started.
